Clearance Testing
After MRC completes work, clearance testing will be performed to ensure remediation was done properly and mold damage was addressed properly.

CMDR
Once all requirements are met, a Certificate of Mold Damage Remediation (CMDR) will be issued for your records and insurance requirements.
